When I started this thread a while back ... it was my goal to get some info out on some good sites or articles for "newbies". Again, lots of threads about "what martial art should I take, and which one for self defense, and which one for this and that???

I came across this guy's site Sean Roberts "Da Martial Arts Page"... he is still working on it (and possibly some of you can help him out) but there is a link on the right side of his page "The Art for You"..... check it out! http://www.enteract.com/~sroberts/

Any other sites or articles that you may have bookmarked???

Open mouth, insert foot. You are flexible enough through your training, right?

I wasn't correct, actually the one i posted came from a link on this site:

http://www.fisks.com/tkd/default.htm

Which KC directly me to when i first visited here. Either way, for WTF they're awesome sites. Check out the quick time movies for forms, something i wish every school would provide. They can never replace having an instructor going over proper technique with you, but it sure does help to have a good visual reference, rather than a sheet of paper with the forms.

Regards
