Has anyone heard of this weapon, or even better used it?
I know its basically a bo with a manji-sai stuck on the end, but I have found out that they are very hard to buy (well, u have to pay ridiculous amounts for handmade ones!!!)
My examiner asked me through the net if I would like to learn a few moves, well... I jumped at the chance, considering its a very rare weapons.
Now I'll just get bak to chatting with my girlfriend....

Yeah, I am jumping at the chance!!!
My dad popped into the local MA shop and the guy there had never heard of a Nunti-bo. Must be pretty rare if he'd never heard of them!!!

I did a search and really only found one nunti bo. It was at http://www.wwmas.com
Made by Shureido of red oak overall length=81",Bo=67",nunti length+14",weight 3 1/2 lbs. In natural it was like $194.95 with an extra $20 added to the shipping charge.
Maybe your instructor will know where to get one?

I found some nunti-bo, and found that the price is generally around £150.
Yeah, my kobudo instructor will probably know

Thats expensive. Must be worth it if they charge that much for them.

It seems weapons made by Shureido are generally well thought of and expensive. I have seen a few who pride themselves on having shureido gear in a way that is kind of snob appeal.
I have seen people recommend shureido weapons in other sites.

I went into the website you recommended Ronryu and had a good look at some lovely weapons.
I would like to have one of those gravity sai stands.
I saw an interesting looking weapon - the chizikunbo. Anyone know anything about it?
