I PASSED MY RANK TEST TONIGHT( PURPLE BELT BLACK STRIPE).
I WAS SOMEWHAT CONCERNED ABOUT MY STAMINA.
I WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH THE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTE TEST WITHOUT MUCH DIFFICULTY.
I BELIEVE THAT IN TIMES LIKE THESE WHEN YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT WE MAY GET NERVOUS TENSE UP AND ROB OURSELVES OF ENERGY.
SO I MADE UP IN MY MIND , YOU ARE READY, RELAXE , TRUST IN YOUR TRAINING, AND DO IT.
THANKS FOR ALL YOU GUYS HELP
