The Pain Within My Heart
The Pain Within My Heart Is All I Have Left

of Thee...As Mine Eyes Were Forced To Gaze

Upon The Lifeless Corpse of Thee...As They

Slowly Lifted Thee InTo The Wretched

Ground...I Had To Cry For Thee...I Was Force

OnTo The Ground...I Had To Mourn For

Thee...My Heart Grows Heavy Still...

It Burst For Thee...So All I Could Do Was

Lie Upon The Ground...And Die For Thee

I don't mind that a person give her or his opinion...if every one were to like what I write life would be pretty boring...

In the summer when I work out at my local Y in the early morning as I come home it is just often getting daylight. As I cross the bridge it is a place where it is common to see a great blue heron from.

One day as I stopped to watch the heron it took off in flight. It flew right under the bridge where I was. Such a wingspan. It was absolutely spectacular.

That to me was poetry.

Do You Truly Know?
Do you truly know a friend by their name?
And what happens on every given day?
Have you ever wondered if a friend is truly happy?
Or just maybe. . .life is just too long to live another day.

Do you truly know a friend by the expressions on their face?
Or could there be another ace up the sleeve?
Afraid within a day the friend decides to leave.

Do you truly know a friend within the midnight hour?
Could they be crying. . .praying. . .
So their soul may be devoured?

Do you know your friend?
Do you lend your hearts desire?
Do you know your friend?
Do you know their fire and the reason that it burns?
Or do you yearn to know more to give your life for them?
For you may never know the day or the hour when the essence
of their life comes to a final end.

More faster grasshopper for the day may come
That the enemy will attack you using Wing Chun

Sharpen your sword kick and harden your gut
If you dont, he may kick your butt

Block to the left, block to the right
Forget the girls, you are training tonight

Pain and sweat will be your best friend
You must move faster even till the end

Grasshopper, Grasshopper life is not easy
Its not your fault you are ugly and your hairy is greasy

Its better to stay and train all day
You dont need a woman what can I say

Practise the monkey and tiger form
When you are finished mow my front lawn

Wax on, wax off and do it again
My car needs cleaning I am not insane

The time will come when the enemy will arrive
And all this cleaning will make your survive

Grasshopper cant you understand you are not getting paid
And God knows you are too ugly to get laid

So you my as well train and do my chore
If you dont you lil ******* I will show you my door
