Wondering out loud, which in itself is scary enough...

What would it be like, both professionally as well as personally, IF profanity wasn't only encouraged, but was also required, at the school whatever MA??

Would it be a disaster across the board of unimaginable proportions??

OR

Would it become the new rage of the page??

Shock TV...Shock Radio...

Now here comes, live to your nearest friendly local MA school...Shock Dojo/Dojang!!

There is some evidence to suggest that profanity helps us cope with pain, though the effect is strongest in those that don't swear often. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/why-do-we-swear/

Personally, if you are teaching kids you should not be using any kind of bad language though you can be a little more free when teaching adults only.

Solid post!!

Sad thing, at times, is that kids nowadays, know much more profanity than many adults; culture and/or times that we live in. Still, refrain from profanity when kids are on the floor...it just seems like the very right thing to do, and in general, the same applies to the adults, as well.
