After four heart attacks and in cardiac rehabilitation for some time, the only push ups possible for me was with both feet flat on the ground and with both hands up against a wall.

but I can hold my entire body with one arm in a hand stand position,
the progression for this is to do it more often and hold the position longer; key points to do this
