will do...i noticed that i actually do react like this chart indicates (when i can lol) it's kinda cool seeing the different "goals" if you will... down on paper.

Gotcha....I really like the Achilles Lock, but I'm not allowed to use it in class, because we spar in class by the beginner BJJ tournament rules - mostly the only thing below the waist is the straight knee bar - if they allow that all. |
