i thought so!! and for balancing you could go in a room and practise balancing on your right foot at the toes and have you left in the air and also after that then move yourself on your toes turn heal to imaginary target and body as well on both ways!! hope that helps

The best way I know to learn balance for your roundhouses is to raise your leg and just extend your leg into a roundhouse...do not put it down and do sets of 10 and build up as you get better. Remember to keep the leg you're standing on strong and to use your abs.
