Can you guys tell me the diffrence between Shotokan and goju-ryu Karate.

There are a few diferences one is the kata . Shotokan only has a few kata taht are simaler to Goju ryu i.e. Hangetsu is the goju fersion of seisan . Also goju focuses more on conditiong the body at least this is just my opinon im sure soem people will disagree with me .

But to be honest no matter what style you study there are only so many ways to do a low block . find the style that best suites you and go wiht it . I practice Shito ryu and plan to keep studing this style .
