Sounds like a sequel movie to "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon"
But it's not.

Just highlighting the effectiveness of these two movements.

Also how the beauty, of these two hinge synovial joints, supported by two ball joints, can be in a fight.

Beautiful techniques! Also loved his early leg kicks which totally shut down Ward's foot work.

Like most techniques, with the proper applications they can be very useful tools.
