In the last three years of learning TKD, I have had to:
a: change the direction of hip rotation on most techniques.
b: alter foot position in front stance. TKD apparently strsses both feet pointing forward, which makes most hip rotation impossible, and explains why many TKD-ka seem to "muscle through" techniques with their shoulders.
