My stance usually reflects the type of attack I am trying to draw from my opponent.
When I leave a big opening They go to exactly where I want them.

My stance tends to vary with the opponent. If he is the same size or smaller and fast I tend to stand a little higher with a slightly lower guard. This also helps with someone who kicks high and often. I try to slow them down a bit. If he is bigger I tend to get in a lower stance with a higher guard to minimize his target area and move around alot more from side to side. I also like to mirror my opponents stance to mix it up a bit.

I tend to have a slightly different hand position. I hold the lead hand about forehead level. I have a blind spot and that helps keep me from walking into my opponensts hand pads. The other hand is about chest level. And i try to keep my elbows tucked in.
