Just finished another solo-session with strength/endurance - kihon - kata

But things are looking brighter ahead (at the moment) and hopefully Iíll be back in the club dojo as soon as autumn semester starts.

Finally returned for a first double session in the club dojo yesterday!

New kata we started training was Naihanchi Nidan, first bunkai then kata.

So happy to be back training again! Hope youíre all well and training

Sounds very quite exciting; nothing like being on the floor training ones heart out. While it can be a tad challenging, I'm sure that you not only thoroughly enjoy the Naihanchi series very much, but by now you can see its effectiveness.

A new kata that we started learning during todayís sessions was Seyunchin. Beautiful contrast between slow and quick movements. A long, challenging kata (at my level), those slow shiko-dachi sequences are superb static training for the legs.

Finally back today in club dojo after some weeks with children with colds and Covid.
