| Nunchacu are look real good but in a fight they are not practicle and defence is almost impossible. |

| come on admit all of us have stood in front of a mirror and pretended to be bruce lee..i know i wouldnt want to be hit with a nunachuck.i carry a pair in my car(for road rage situations)whukaahhh!!!! |

I know that you can't defend with nunchaku but If you can evade their attack and attack back you wont need to defend with them because your opponent would be on the ground.

Nunchaku usually scares away the attacker, if your good at swinging it around, and not hitting yourself between the legs! 
My favourite weapon is the staff, it's good to practice with. If someone broke into your house just grab the broomstick and smack them with that.
Sticks the length of your forearm are also very useful to both defend yourself and attack with, even though they are very simple.

Yes.It is a good idea to practice training with household objects such as brooms and mops and ironing boards etc

Ok, Bruce Lee once said," If you do not know how to use the Nunchacus, You will hurt your self more then you can hurt the other fighers, but once you master it, It is very hard to escape it".
Th nunchacu is a really good weapon, It can block and hit extremly fast.

Hehhe.. untrained people don't know this, but you can defend "block" and strike at the same time with the nunchaku. The end you are usign as a handle can be used to strike or block an incoming attack while at the same time, the other end will go flying right into the opponent. This is what is awesome about flexible weapons.

i don't know about everyone's location, but in most states nunchakus, sais, shurikens, swords, and most other martial art weapons are illegal to carry around unless you have a concealed weapons permit. if you have a permit why carry nunchucks, or other MA weopons when you can carry a firearm.
just for info
........check to see if you can carry them without a permit.

For real, this Board is like school. You joke with you friend then you get in trouble. Haha. I had my thinking on a subject call '' sad but true" and both Augus and ThaiBoxerKen laughed at me. I can take it like a man and I know they didn't mean it as a bad manner.
Any way Fire arms could kill, and once you kill, you ruin you life. So dispatch them with a wooden weapon. |

my entry was not for trouble or scoldings, but for information only.......besides wooden weapons kill also if use correctly....
i think it was MIYAMOTO MUSASHI. (correct me if i'm wrong.) who was a great japanese swordsman that fought most of his fights with a wooden bokken and won.
