What is your favorite NON MARTIAL ARTS supplementary training activity? Do you prefer running, weights, biking, soccer or another physical activity to supplement your physical training?

i love running on the beach...listening to the surf crash in and the sound of seagulls...and the sun..i just run and at the same time dream...of things i most want in this world...while taking these runs on the beach nothing in my regular life bothers me...i am at peace..and i am in touch with nature..and all my worries just wash away in the tide...

Aside from my TKD training and teaching cardio fitness classes each week, I also strength/flexibility train, run on threadmill 3 miles (if I don't cardio train, like this week since classes are cancelled because of holiday). Jumping on trampoline, playing football & basketball with my sons and dancing! I am starting plyometrics (New Years resolution to jump higher) to help with my advanced jump kicks needed to pass for my 2nd degree ...
