Has anyone noticed how irresponsible they have been lately. I have seen too many articles depicting various experts showing how to disarm someone with a handgun and believe it or not a shotgun. Is it me ....just hand over the wallet nobody really has much of a chance in these situations. I sincerly hope the young people who read this stuff do not try it. Money can be replaced a young life can't.

If anyone is dumb enough to try fighting a person with a gun first, they deserve to get shot. Black-belt magazine is merely showing techniques and they don't condone the actions of people that read the books. A smart person will train the techniques they like and only use them when absolutely necessary. Also, one really can't learn from Black Belt mag, the techniques are merely shown to showcase that person or art.

This is true. If you've got a gun pointed at you and you start a fight who do you think's gonna win? You should not use magazines as a learning source but for for enjoyment reading.

That is an interesting point of view Shotochem. I think Black Belt writes for a wide range of readers. And some of what they write reflects a change in the interests of their readers.
I have noticed that in the past few years they have written more things oriented towards those allready in law enforcement.

What? In order to get a gun away from someone.. do what David Caradine did, use your inner Chi to heat up the Gun so it falls from their hand!
BAHAHAHA!
