There is so much truth in what you wrote.
I am starting to believe that I will never have a day where some body part isn't sore, hurt or aching. _________________ Doug

I concur. My knees.....hurt every day. |
I am always sore. Sometimes I am just moderately sore, sometimes I am throbbing all over, but I am always sore. |

I'm finally unsore, due to the week and a half off our dojo is closed. As I'm not supposed to spar with my 6' 4", 250 lb little brother, that rather limits the ability to become sore quickly. I'm looking forward to class next Tuesday, and the reaccumulation of various bumps, bruises, and contusions I make an effort to hide. Darn high school teachers can't understand why I keep going back... _________________ He who gains a victory over other men is strong; but he who gains a victory over himself is all powerful Lao-tsu |

I searched the archives for "pain" and this article popped up. H-I-larious! Very well done, and so true. I can't stop laughing.

Wow....
I can really relate to the rotator cuff part...lol I used to train at a concrete floored dojo.
But thanx for the year-old humor. |
