Oh, I see. Well even so, it will be hard for you to adapt to wing chun from karate, and even more so if you continue to do karate. But if you combine the two, the result could be pretty awesome!

I hear that wing chun is an attacking art which when you block you don't actually stop the other persons energy flow.you just redirect it.
Is this true?

If you were gonna punch me I wouldnt block and attach ( using WingChun) I would block and and stay with your attacks at all times. My arms will be 'attached' to your arms.

Its almost like fightning against your own CHI power.
Its a weird yet outstanding Art!!

To be honest I have no idea!
I think you have to earn them as you would any other belt, sash,or (etc)

Try Ebay.com They have affordable prices!...lol

Depends on the student, the teacher, the branch being studied, etc., etc.

Different branches of the art teach different things.
