I have the Immortal freestanding plastic one - I've experienced NO disadvantages over a wooden or fixed one - and many advantages - I love it

Bob, my first lesson in W.C. you will learn the basic horse stance and how to open it . and maybe the first section of the first form called sil lim tao.The form is broken down into 3 sections for easy learning. You will spend a good while on this form before going any further.I spent about 6 months learning this form. This is the most important forn in the system as everything is bilted on this form.
