Actually Sambo has tons of "live practice" i do sambo btw. and karate woman, that Sambo instructor that ur talkin about is mah coach. And we are juss the bjj juss do do more takedowns sometimes, other times we juss werk alot on the ground and we don't really use the gi like bjj does.
