Here are a few samples...
No children may attend school with their breath smelling of "wild onions" in West Virginia.
In New York, a fine of $25 can be levied for flirting. This old law specifically prohibits men from turning around on any city street and looking "at a woman in that way." A second conviction for a crime of this magnitude calls for the violating male to be forced to wear a "pair of horse-blinders" wherever and whenever he goes outside for a stroll.
In Nevada, it is still legal for a person to hang another for killing their dog on their own property.
In Atlanta it is against the law to tie a giraffe to a telephone pole or street lamp.
In Georgia no one may carry an ice cream cone in their back pocket if it is Sunday.
In Alabama it is illegal to wear a fake moustache that causes laughter in church.

OK guys YOU also have dumb laws in England too (that you just happened not to mention!)  like....
*Placing a postage stamp that bears the Queen (or King) upside down is considered treason.
*Any boy under the age of 10 may not see a naked manequin.
*It is legal for a male to urinate in public, as long it is on the rear wheel of his motor vehicle and his right hand is on the vehicle
*A bed may not be hung out of a window.
*You may not make out in public.

In georgia, it is specifically illegal to have sex with a porcupine. I wonder if that was a big enough problem at one point as to where a law had to be made..... ow!

Oh yeah, and also in georgia, it is illegal to eat peanuts after 6PM on a Sunday. No one pays attention to these stupid laws anyway.
