Note: if this has all ready been addressed, I'd appreciate if you'd just point me to the right place.

Through ought wrestling, I've always had a hard time going all out in matches. I practices my * off, but just couldn't manage to go full speed, especially when I realized how well the move was going to work.

As I start in ma, I don't want to carry over this aggrivating habbit. ANY suggestons would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure if this topic has been metioned before.

But lot's of people tend to hold back their power for their reasons. They might not want to injury themselves or miss ..etc

You might want to spar on a bag and try not to hold back anything if you can. If not try to think it is an enemy and they are the bag and beat them up.

Ten when you spar with someone try to do the same thing.

I used to be the same way when I used to box. I now kickbox, and don't have a problem with it anymore. When I step in the ring, I imagine that my opponent is attacking me on the street. He deserves no mercy, and it is the referee's job to worry about that sort of thing. After all, my opponent would break my bones if he could.
