Hey all. I love to kick, so I need strong legs, yeah I know that muscle doesn't neccessarily mean that my kicks will be more powerful and can infact mak me slower and less flexible but...oh well.

I'm only 15, I weigh about 145lbs. and am about 5'7 1/2". I can leg press 510lbs. How bout you guys?

I used to be able to do 25 reps on 210kg, but that was a while ago.

Most I have ever done was 1,150lbs no counting the sled just plates for 1. That was in 1999. Our High School reccord is 1,400lbs. They guy who holds it went to WVU to play football where he did over 2,000lbs.

Take every one's lifts with a grain of salt guys. My powerlifting coach has given me a lot of advice. One, was to never believe anybody without a picture or a published document. That is the nice way of saying you are all full of ****
