Using a solid log for warm-up, looked very unique, also the destruction of a punching bag was impressive.

This one was decent. It showed a lot of sparring, some good drills, and a lot of movement that made me think the students sparred, at least somewhat regularly. As well as some pretty decent physical conditioning.

Overall, pretty neat stuff.

They had covered alot in a short amount of time; even though more could have been added; perhaps on another day.

I liked the cooperative spirit between students, instead of the competitiveness often seen.

I turned the video off almost immediately due to the pageantry shown in the very beginning of the video; it's not for me.
