I got into a street fight with my friend last week i was lucky enuff to be able to save my * and run without a few holes in my body i think i could have beaten olympic runner that time! after the fight i noticed some sweling on the lower part of my shin and some black and bruises well i did put it in ice and stuff but now i notice like there's some bump on the part of the lower shin. It doesnt hurt though unless i press it really hard and kick the bag. But i really wanted that bump to go away. What shall i do? I do know that i have to have it X rayed though? any related experience guys? any info will definetely help

Chance are you have bruised the bone, it will go away after some time, you may note some difference in the shape, or a small lump (only if you press down on ou skin). That may always be there to a degree, because the bone has released a liquid to help solidify the damage to your leg.

Take it easy you'll likeley be fine in 4 weeks. But do get the x-ray just in case.
