hi there man, welcome to the kickboxing forum, just take it easy until your body has adjusted to working out and doing the moves that you havent done before, get some wrist wraps for punching the bags, practice your stretching at home, flexibility is a major part in it, even when watchin TV just do a wee bit of stretching

Ok,
im interested in tournemts and me and some friends often spar my friend he does kun-fu thingy hes quick but i learn his moves he uses more often.
he likes kick but when kickng you only have one leg left to blance on
So over he goes
at the moment im abit on the chunky side but not fat if you have any tips on losing weight but not to drastic and some exercises that require no fittness equpiment.
Thanx :kaioken:Sutton_uk |

Make sure you don't tired yourself out never do fancy kicks thats hard to balance always keep your eyes on your oponent make suer when you kick quickly snap back, land a push kick then an axe kick to knock him out. _________________ Somone love one
