Study stand up at another school, or maybe a local college has boxing or karate. If it's important to you and you feel your are not getting it there, by all means. _________________ "It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who

A LOT of Bjj guys cross train...perhaps a guy in your academy will work out with you? No doubt if you train with blues, purples, and browns one of them will have an extensive striking background! Most of the time BJJ isn't one's first art anyway. Good luck! _________________ 1st dan Tae Kwon Do

I think it's better to be really good in one skill than a junkhead of many. Most styles out there will give you the tool's you need, whatever thay is, but if you train BJJ, why do anything else???. _________________ If the first lesson was a failure, then you know that skydiving isn't for you! |

As I brag about every day, I am an ultimate high-ranked ninja that has mastered Ninjitsu many times (think like completing the same video game over and over) I have good skill in Aikido and BJJ, I also am 8 months or something in Jeet Kune Do. _________________ http://www.yen2you.tk <-- simply the best >img src="images/smiles/nod.gif" alt=""> |
