It would be good if your one passion in life was karate and you are willing to sacrifice everything for three years to get good at it.

I have to admit, my passion is karate but that smells of scam-city.com!!

$10 to start the process, then how many $$$ for the next part.

Fun reading though.

I say its a government conspiracy to train new espionnage agents. Why else have it? It sounds rather odd that they specifically ask that you have nothing to leave behind, as in no one to look for you after you have gone. Hmm....thanks, but no thanks.

Why do they require a driver's license?

at best a scam, at worst a cult.

Wow --- and I thought I was going to get flamed for calling it a karate-cult. That is what it looks like to me!

Honestly, I kinda wish I had the time and nothing better to do -- it would make for a great under-cover expose! But I'm not journalist either.

Cut off from the world for a year --- I don't think so!

How many people send in $10 only to get rejected, or asked for more money or no reply at all --- scam-a-licous.

A friend of mine checked into it you have to work as a factory labourer to pay for your room and board and you don't even get to train japan until the end of the program. They save YOUR money for you from YOUR job for the trip. If it isn't the single best chance to learn in japan I don't know what is

That definently sounds like a cult... they overwork you, probably don't give you much food, and administer beatings... AND they want you to work in a factory for three years? Sounds more like slave labor
