Exactly .... go through the pages in our Health & Fitness forum. There are lots of tips there.
I am not sure of what type of training workout you might be interested in .. i.e. weightlifting, strengthening & cardio endurance, plyometrics, flexibility, balance, ....but its all there (for training in whatever the martial art your involved in.) |

Burnout is huge. We change our weight lifting program every month for out football team because of this. _________________ (General George S. Patton Jr.) "It's the unconquerable soul of man, and not the nature of the weapon he uses, that ensures victory." |

When you are working out, try different things, like instead of jogging, do sprint drills, and instead of kicking a heavy back. grab a buddy or vice versa...the most important thing is the have fun, get a radio or something to motivate you, play your favorite music.
Try anything...it cant hurt! _________________ sk0t

It's not nice to kick people in the back! Whether or not they're a heavy person makes no difference!
