Anyone run into any problems training within the first week of a fresh tattoo? Contact with the tattoo or rubbing against the uniform could lead to irritation or infection, anyone had any experience with this?

I've just one tattoo that's on my left shoulder, and I didn't have any problems with training whatsoever. I just followed the after-care instructions of the tattoo artist. I did keep it covered with a large gauze or two just in case.

I've trained with many new tattoos in my time. As long as you are following the after-care instructions and taking care not to excessively impact the area, then you should be fine. If you are worried, do as Bob did and gauze the area during training.

Sounds good. Looks like it is healing correctly. Thanks.
