Hmm, one point that wasn't mentioned is the angle of the cut.
As you grab their arm, post your foot on their hip so you can turn your hips and head towards them, you want to try and turn around so you're perendicular to their head, not facing them. The leg must go on the back of their neck, not on their shoulder. As you clamp the leg down on their neck, you should almost be able to get the tap from here before you even cross your leg over your ankle. |

Speaking of the triangle, if you're pushing the head down to your peewee (that angle, yes) while your pushing your hips up, it should do the trick. (AFAIK) _________________ Grappling enthusiast!

Take a look at www.subfighter.com, download Genki Sudo's clip and watch how he uses the triangle to sub guys from all angles. The slickest is when he jumps a guys guard, throws on a triangle and rolls to his back.
I turn to the side once it's sunk in. |

A triangle can be applied many ways from many positions, top and bottom, same basic principles, but many ways to do it. _________________
