When checking out a new school, what are the right questions to ask before joining?

I have a school of my own and the question i get asked is how strick i am. The correct questions that i would ask , is how long the teacher has been doing MA and hwo experienced he is , this will give you a better view on how good the class will be. Also ask questions about the school its self , rules, times, and payment.

Wow when I e-mailed my sensei I asked pretty much all those questions and he gave me really good answers. I haven't been to class in a few weeks as I accidently broke my stupid foot but He answered most of my questions and is really a good guy.
