i know exactly how u feel bon, i feel jus the same right know, read my previous forum about some guy who smacked me straight in the face, normally im ok in sparring, but i was defenceless, what * me off even more was that instead of the teacher saying , he was too hard, he said that you deserved that, he was light and obeyed the rules, you didnt keep your guard up, oh how that * me off.

I odnt get angry when this happens, I just see it as body conditioning and fighting experience.
