OK, so I woke up this morning, got a wild hair, and tried to find a *FREE* boxing round timer online. I found the usual cd packages for sale, but I'm cheap. I'm looking for something that will give 3 min. rounds with 1 min. rest periods. Preferrably something that I could burn to cd.

ANyone have leads on such a thing?

just play music and buyt a timer. In our classes, we pump music out while we're drilling and doing padwork. the timer is seperate, that way the music never stops. You can pick up a decent timer from wal-mart for seven bucks.

Just break down, and get a ring timer. You can get them off ebay for around $100. One of the best investments you will make.
