Just watched a UFC Ultimate Insider that had Brian Stann on it. If you didn't know Brian Stann was an active duty Marine who served three tours in Iraq. They interviewed him about the time he was there. Very surreal to see what this man has been through. Is a really good watch if you can catch a rerun. |

Sad that this is not more common. I think this is why I've become such a fan of the Dog Brothers. No keeping score, no trophies or prizes, and it's better to not throw a shot that would seriously hurt the other fighter, even if it means tapping out. I dislike the idea of fighting someone who considers winning more important than my well-being.

Acts, like what Stann did, might draw me back more as a fan and wanting to watch UFC and the like again.

I've been a fan of his since his early days in the WEC. It's is dominer that I like. Sure The trash talk is fun sometimes, but also acts like this are way better. |

That was an amazing piece. Thanks for finding it and sharing.
I've been a big fan of his since he hit the UFC. It's interesting that even Sonnen, one of the biggest mouth's in the league, refused to say anything but praise (that I saw anyway) about him during the run up to their fight. _________________ http://alphajiujitsu.com/
