I need tips on conditioning the legs for taking leg kicks. Any other tips on general conditioning are welcomed. |

assuming your legs are strong hard muscle... well- taking kicks will condition you to take kicks. im sure jogging cant hurt. _________________ a broken arm throws no punches |

for pain tolerance and hardening, kick the bag and trade kicks with a partner. For leg endurance, run, spar, etc. |

This is what helps me: During the year, I do a 3 mile run daily. During winter, I do sprints in the wrestling room. Usually When I lift, I do Squats and Deadlift for my legs.
When I train, I just have my instructor kick me.
This helps my leg conditioning
