for pain tolerance and hardening, kick the bag and trade kicks with a partner. For leg endurance, run, spar, etc.

It's almost like shin to shin which is really fun, also you should jog or run.

This is what helps me: During the year, I do a 3 mile run daily. During winter, I do sprints in the wrestling room. Usually When I lift, I do Squats and Deadlift for my legs.

When I train, I just have my instructor kick me.

This helps my leg conditioning

YAH!!
