I am trying for foot ball for school and I have to stay after school from 3:00 to 7:00 for pratice. AT 7:45, I go to teakwondo to 9:00 .

Then I have to study. I have no time to train on my own now! Do you think that the hard running and tacking in foot ball will help me out? Or should I forget about about foot ball and go for training all day?

Mybe this is a dumb question but, I am have a hard time to decide.

(Also, I hate to wear the tight pants! )

Well it all depends on what you like better, football or taekwondo. GO with the one you like better. I dont think the tackeling well help your MA but all the running well help get you into shape.

Just wondering, when you train on your own do you train in taekwondo or Muay Thai. If you do train in Muay Thai what drills do you do? Because in a little while I will have to train on my own for around 4 monthes so any advice you can give we will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I train take teakwondo classes but I love San Shou and MuayThai. If teakwondo can fight in the ring full contact, then I would love teakwondo to .
