Yea I stretch every day in every little way possible.
When it is Not Winter time I usually jog with some weights on my ankles even though it can be a pain...
And I also lift many weights, im not going to go into detail, because everyone does that...
Its part of Martial Arts!

I have to say that Sakuraba is the best.. well Sak still has yet to fight Rickson and may never, but those are the 2 top fighters in the world, I think.
