Well, I am going for my Tae Kwon Do grading tomorrow, green belt, going for a shower and stretching and an early night tonight, and plenty of coffee and carbo's tomorrow... wish me luck! I'll need it  |

Not too much coffee there Jack....you may have to relieve yourself from test a couple times if ya know what I mean! Carbs are good...make sure you do eat! I used to get so nervous with all those butterflies in my tummy that they were taking so much room up in there I would hardly be able to eat!
Will you be doing Do-San? (Whatever the form ...I'm sure you'll be doing it in your sleep all night! Good Luck Jack!!! Let us know how you did!

I passed! I passed with flying colours and got a helluva lot higher mark than I could have possibly expected. Thanks for all your support ppl
