Great board here guys! I am on a few more that post mainly weightlifting & bodybuilding but-I just got back into Tae kwon do after 22 yrs of slacking (my 6 yr old son is a purple belt) & look foreward to posting here.  |

Howdy OldRookie - so, you're into weightlifting & bodybuilding huh? Maybe I'll get some backup next time someone recommends sets of 30 reps with light weight as a strength training programme
