no...it's a Gi less version with more leg locks and strikes...but it's very similar. |

Hugo duarte did Luta livre..he was the only one i remeber that fought in major events like UFC and Pride. |

Luta Livre is the brazilian for "freestyle Wrestling" but it's not the Olympic version... Its a Gi-less grappling method that combines judo,wrestling, jiu-jitsu, sambo, with some boxing,etc..
They have fighters competing in NHB matches mostly in Brazil. |

I think they have a School in Holand, but im not sure. |

yes, like muay thai, there is a specified place for special events.
For ex. in Thailand is one of the few places that holds Muay Thai
boxing fights with sweeping, choking, and elbows legal. another example
id Draaka which i worked with a while, which standardly can use
throws, but is mainly in Russia. so my point is, you will need a specific
