Even better, try visualizing KickChick, um.. not naked of course...If you've seen her picture, she's one hot lady.
During testing or a tournaments, I block out the audience and only pay attention to what needs to done. Its really easy since I can't see far away without my eye glasses. Alright, now go on grasshopper. Make us proud.
