| What size sparring gloves does your club use? 10, 12, 14oz? I've seen them as big as 20oz. |

Thanks guys, I orded a couple pairs of 14oz. I have a bunch of big guys in the dojo.
I read on sherdog that in thailand the fighers use 4-6oz. is this true? |

my trainer insists we train and spar with at least 16oz gloves.
in the local tournaments they use 10oz gloves.

I use 12oz for sparring but 16oz is good for tournements.
