What size sparring gloves does your club use? 10, 12, 14oz? I've seen them as big as 20oz.

Thanks guys, I orded a couple pairs of 14oz. I have a bunch of big guys in the dojo.

I read on sherdog that in thailand the fighers use 4-6oz. is this true?

We use 12oz. but in competition theres always 16oz.

my trainer insists we train and spar with at least 16oz gloves.

in the local tournaments they use 10oz gloves.

I use 12oz for sparring but 16oz is good for tournements.
