If you are opening a new Dojo then PLEASE make it a traditional, paper screened dojo. there are not enough of them around. I used to go to one but my Sensei was getting 'old' and had to close the dojo, having no sons/daughters that was the end of the Ikari teachings

true story.

Is it going to be for profit or fun? Full time or part time?

i will teach traditional karate.. i am not in it for the money , but any profit would be re-invested in the club . . advertising, pads, overheads, etc, etc.
for now it would be part time , but you never know you have to set goals. the style would be shukokai .
