Does anyone know of any good Tinbe-Rochin resources? My current dojo doesn't learn it, and there aren't really any schools that I can sit in on in my area that do either.

I know that there are a plethora of YouTube videos. I also know that for $50 I can buy a video from Jesse Enkamp that goes over the basics and teaches a kata. However, I was hoping that someone here could point me in a direction to someone or some document specifically so that I'm not just throwing myself at the whole internet during research.

I know my CI teaches tinbe with the sword, I'm not sure about tinhe/rochin. As a general rule it's only as part of his matayoshi kobudo curriculum, and as such is generally shodan and up. He has a couple of online-only students (but they generally test in person).

However, he does private lessons and will teach his students anything they want (within reason) in a private lesson. I can provide his contact information via PM if you are interested in asking.

Zaine, did you ever move forward with the videos from Jesse ? I've done other lessons from his site which I really enjoyed, but only on weapons I was already familiar with. I was eyeing the tinbe & rochin as a possible future buy.

I did not, but thanks for reminding me! I'll have to revisit this subject.
