Some TKD masters and Grand master came to my tkd school to do a demonstration such as carrying huge caly pots with bike spokes through their neck and arms....they also did hapkido demonstrations...i got a chance to sparr both my grandmasters....lets just say i got my but wooped!

Sparring instructors is not fun...I learned that the other day when my instructor made me spar BJJw tih him...let's just say I had tapped in less that 10 seconds
