How many students should one instructor have? Or how many instructors should there be for 20 students? 30 students? 40 students?
(The bigger the class the more harder it becomes for one instructor to give each student attention.)

10:1 ratio is a good start.

I'd say no higher than 5:1. Even when we have three instructors to fifteen students people fall through the cracks.

I agree with the 10:1. My old school had 3 instructors for a 30 person class at all times. My new school is the same. It seems to work out well. Everyone seems to be happy with it.

I'm for 10:1...that's what it's like in my school, except soem days it's a little more like 5:1 or 6:1.
