what size?!

I am looking to purchase MMA style sparring gloves online but I am not sure what kind of glove size to get. They come in Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. I am 14 years old but my hands are about the size of my father who is about 5 feet 8 inches. So is there any size that most of you would recommend for a normal sized person, I'm 5feet 7 inches but my hands are about the same size as most adults that i know.

I'm 5' 10" and about 200 lbs. and have average size hands. When I spar I like to wear the adult small for myself. I can wear the mediums without a problem but I prefer a tight fit especially when my hands get sweaty. I hope this helps a little. Be sure to check and see if they have any kind of sizing chart as well.

I am a 6 feet 160 lbs with kind of large hands, therefore I werar Large. But it also depends on the glove. I can use some medium without any problems, but some Large are way too small for me.
