Hello.
What do you think you could achieve through pushing yourself and testing your utmost limits everytime you train.
Please let me know your insights on the matter.
Thanx

Nearly kill myself?
A coma. There's really no point to training that hard cos it does more damage than good...

Heh, u shouldn't have editted the post, cos now my reply looks silly... ahh well...
Pushing youself to the limits is not something that should be done every day - cos then it may wear u down and actually make you weaker - much like having a burnout phase like i'm going thru at the moment. No doubt my health is gonna be worse off in a week cos i'm gonna have to take that long off training.

It is not how hard physically you train, it is if you mentally train yourself for anything. If you can imprint it into your body and your mind and quite frankly embed it into your self, then you walk away with something.

I thnk that both physical and mental training are just as important as eachother. If you are prepared mentally and not physically you are dead but if you are prepared physically and not mentally you will be very lucky to walk away

He said limit, not kill you self. Limit is how much you can take and if you could achive that every day, you can be ufc fighing champion. It is extremly hard to do that and you need real good displine. |

Once again I apologise and I swear it won't happen again. I don't think its discipline you need,It's just pure will to better yourself.
