One stone is 14 pounds, so seven stone one pound is 99 pounds.

That is not heavy at all!

If you want to know if you are fat or not, I suggest you buy a pair of calipers to work out your bodyfat percentage.

If my trivia doesn't fail me, I remember reading that Jennifer Love Hewitt is 5'2" and 99 lbs. So if you are a girl, I definitely wouldn't say that you are fat and if you are a guy, you might need to gain some weight
